First Course: Shrimp Stuffed Calamari over young greens, pickled red onions, grilled corn, roasted tomato caper vinaigrette. Paired with FALANGHINA
Second Course: Cavatelli, Shiitake Mushrooms, Charred Red Onion, Lima Beans, Roasted Garlic Thyme Butter Sauce. Paired with PRIMITIVO SINISCALCO
Third Course: Braised Pork Osso Bucco, Parsnip Mashed Potato, Oven Roasted Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette. Paired with SAGRANTINO DI MONTEFALCO
